Hi Tom,

The kicker here is the power winch. I had a relatively small winch
not long ago which required #8 wire. Larger ones would need batter
size cable. Its easy to decide though, just use the same size wire
that is on the power winch. Which will probably be too large for a
cig lighter plug arrangement. You could do the cig lighter thing for
all of the 12V appliances but for the winch you will probably have
to innovate some sort of plug.  Somebody on the list will have a
good idea.
