Hi Doug,

I hate packing for a weekend.... it was so much easier to just fulltime and 
have everything. 

So, I am just duplicating everything I have in the house that I need in the 
trailer. When I say duplicating I mean it too, I even went on ebay and bought 
2 coffee mugs identical to the ones I use in the house. 

Pillows, matches, flashlights should live in the trailer..... 

I hope to get my list down to just perishable food...... 

As for the steaks.... I always plug the trailer in about 24 hours before I 
leave and get the fridge nice and cold..... then I pack the food the night 
before I leave.

Other than that... lists. For me it's dog food, cat food, kitty litter..... 
the stuff that goes in the back of the truck.
