Pretty standard original installation on mid sixties Airstreams.  Bottom 
fitting and one side of Tee on top serve as a level indicator - black 
marks on the clear tube, level marks (E,1/4,1/2,3/4,F) on the wall with 
Dymo-labels.   The other side of the Tee is the overflow and tank vent. 
 You need the overboard vent - you make the call on the level indicator 
(comes in handy, though).
