Concerning the floor plywood question - We have a 63 Overlander that needed
several sections of floor cut out and replaced.  After sealing leaks, I used
good quality 5/8 exterior sheathing.  It won't easily delaminate with
dampness, and costs about $16 a sheet.  O filled any knot holes on the top
side with a good quality putty. I intend to seal the outer edges with a
penetrating epoxy.  Hope this helps.
