I can attest to the leakage draining out from the belly pans.  When I 
dewinterized this spring I had a leak in the water plumbing under the 
sink in the bathroom (center bath, curbside.)  I didn't discover it for 
quite a few minutes so it sprayed quite a bit of water under there.  A 
few hours later I was still messing around outside the trailer and saw a 
drip of water from belly pan on the street side and thought something 
else was leaking.  The drip stopped and I just assumed/hoped it was the 
water from the bathroom leak.  Now that you mention that the factory has 
designed for this I can 1) feel a lot better about what I saw and 2) say 
that it works!
