[A/S] Advice: trailer for guest room/house

Hi,

The wife and me are looking for an airstream to use as a spare 
bedroom/guest cottage. Our space is limted though, so we need to keep 
the size to 20' or less. Anyone know what's the smallest size trailer 
that commonly has a shower? Also, any advice on what to look for, an 
ideal type (i.e., What model(s) and year(s).) or any other tips?
