[A/S] finding dump stations

After you have been camping with your Airstream someplace with no hookups, 
where do you find sanitary dump stations to empty your holding tanks before 
towing home?  Do RV parks charge a fee for this if you aren't staying there?  
Is there some resource, like a camping directory, that helps RV'ers find dump 
stations?
