Re: [A/S] Where to find replacement power receptacle?

Joe, et al,

You absolutely do NOT want a double male ended power cord anywhere
near... ANYTHING.

Go to an electrical supply house, explain to the counterman that you
need a weather proof recessed plug for your trailer and matching cord
body, preferably twist-lock. It will look similar to the
clock outlet on your kitchen wall, except it will have prongs instead of
slots. While there you might as well get a 20 or 25 foot length of 12/3
SJO cord or similar to make a good cordset for your
trailer. A proper cord cap will finish off a REAL power connection. It
won't be cheap, but won't be exorbitant either. It will, however, be
RIGHT!

There are a lot more pleasant ways to light up your life than with a
live (electrically speaking) exposed power connection!
