[A/S] member of wbcci and phone jacks questions

How do you become a memeber of the WBCCI? I think 
thats how you abbreviate it. I would like to do so. I have a 1968 26' 
overlander and have been lurking on this board for over a month. 

What would be the best way to install a phone jack in 
my '68 overlander? I dont want to put a hole through 
the side, and putting it through the bottom seems like 
it would be very complicated having to take off the 
bottom pan and reinstalling it etc. I have to live in 
my a/s for the next 4 or 5 months and must have a 
phone for work since I am on call. My cell phone 
doesnt work where it will be parked.
