[A/S] OPD Valves

If anyone's interested in one more example, this morning I went to refill an 
old tank (16 years old) and was told, "can't do."  I could have an OPD 
installed ($30), buy a refurbished one with OPD for $40 or a new tank with 
OPD for $60.  All are 30lbs.  I went for the $40 refurbished one.  Add $15 
for the fill of propane and I've got a legal and full tank for $55.00.  Not a 
bad deal.
