I'm considering to purchase a 1958 Air Stream Overlander tandem axel 
trailer.  It has older tires with split rims and a hydraulic brake that only 
stops the trailer if the trailer comes off while going down the road.  I'd 
welcome recommendations on wheel, tire replacement and conversion to 
electric brakes.  Also an estimate as to what  I could expect to pay for 
this would be helpful.
