Going over the Raton Pass (either direction) is my favorite road for
assessing if the tow vehicle has sufficient power and cooling capacity.

Going down the north side into Colorado is my favorite road for assessing if
the tow vehicle and trailer brakes have sufficient braking capacity.

I'm sure there are other passes and highways which can present a similar or
more significant challenge.
