The refrigerant flow control in this AC is a capillary tube.   Its 20 to 30
inches long and can't be put in backwards.  (If this is a Coleman Rooftop).
The inside temperature of the trailer will determine the low side pressure.
65 to 68 doesn't sound bad but on a really warm trailer it can be as high as
75 or 80.  The compressor should not shut off after 5 minutes.   When it
does so, check to see if the compressor is too hot to touch with your bare
hand.  (be careful, can be REALLY hot)   If there is not enough freon the
compressor can overheat and is turned off by an internal safety (overload)
switch.   One way to check it is, during the first 5 minutes that it is
running is to feel the temperature of the low side line.  (Big line coming
from the evaporator coil)  Ideally (if you have enough freon) it'll run
about 50 degrees, unless the trailer is really warm inside.   Did the
repairman check if for leaks?   Are there any oily looking leak spots around
the unit?  What was the original reason you called the repairman out?   Did
he write down on the service order/statement what he did/was looking for?
