personally, i favor 'vintage rigs'... find a pickup, or wagon, or a
cadillac, or some other big detroit boat from the same year, in really good
condition, for a great price. you'll be glad you did.

p.s.: i even found a vintage (1951 or so) Kelsey-Hayes electric
trailer-brake controller on ebay, for the jeepster - it mounts on the
steering column, and has a really goofy-looking control stick - it's
perfect. If it doesn't actually work well (it does regulate the current, but
i'll have to test it in the vehicle first), i'm thinking i'll replace the
guts with the innards from the Jordan Research Ultima 2020...
