I agree with Tuna... an older/vintage puller might fit what your 
looking for.  I dont think I will ever pull with anything newer than 
our '72 F-250.  By the way, if the body is straight, you can 
completely refurbish an older puller alot more economically than you 
could ever buy a new one.  I spent about $4K on body(rust)/paint and 
another $5.5K on the engine/driveline... including installing a 2-
speed over/under box behind the transmission.  Do I still have 
a '72?... yep! but a "new" '72 that gets better than 15mpg pulling.
