Really seems dangerous to me also.  Is this a job for the Consumer Products
Safety Commission?

I remember placing a radio on top of a metal refrigerator and the earphone
jack (metal)
touched the refrigerator - instant explosion!  Don't think this type of
situation should be allowed regardless of inside or outside use.  In my
humble opinion, it's a dangerous appliance and shouldn't be on the market.
