[A/S] 1968 26 foot overlander

i have found a 1968 26 foot overlander. no major dents . the inside is super 
clean.  It has a new hot water heater and new air conditioning.  It has brown 
carpet (sculptured) and the cushions have been professionally recovered.  The 
ice box dosent work but it comes wiht a brand new one that sits right next to 
the old dometric. I think the new one is only electric. it has a couch up 
front the gally, one twin bed with cabinets across and then the bath in back. 
 Out side the only damage that i can see is the window guard has been busted 
and is patched with duct tape.  They are asking $3850. Is this a good price???
