The van will not be as easy to service the motor and related parts
as the burb will be. Backing the Van will take some extra patience.
As space is concerned the van will be more versatile to build to your
needs. The burb is a legend, i think they still come with a choice of
rear doors and are basicly availble only in fancy. Properly set-up
either would work well.
