I just read an article regarding tongue weight needing to be around 12 
percent of trailer weight.  The procedure for determining the trailer weight
and tongue weight was clear.  What was not clear was was whether the tongue
weight could be altered by adjusting a weight distribution hitch.  The
method described in the article was to move items within the trailer.  It
seems that adjusting the hitch should accomplish the same thing.  Right?
