The black handled nut driver in your Craftsman set, 3/16" nut on the side of
the tube, loosen it and slide the delivery tube back and forth until the
flame smooths out, careful it may be hot if the flame is coming back down
the tube(adjust it while it's running). This is ruling out the option that
something(spider) has built a web/nest in the tube.
