Significant labor is probably included in the cost of the factory spare tire
option.  It requires cutting away a section of belly pan between two
adjacent crossmembers, removal of the insulation, lining the space with
aluminum or galvanized sheet metal to form a protective surface, drilling
and tapping mounting holes in the frame, installing the spare tire mount
bracket, then hoisting the tire and wheel into the mount.  I'm going to
guess at least two, possibly three hours is required.
