You've bought a 30 foot Argosy travel trailer.  The bedroom fold out bed is 
called a gaucho.  The living toom couch makes into a bed too. The control 
panel tells you what condition various parts are in... such as.... how much 
water you have on board, how much is in the grey tank and how full the black 
tank is. There is also a water pump switch if memory serves.

It's a cool trailer.
