[A/S] Dewinterizing/Shocking fresh water tank
Hi all,
I'm an Airstream newbie. I bought a '92 29' Excella last Nov. which is
both my first A/S and first RV of any kind. I live in MN so the trailer
was already winterized when I picked it up. Anything I should look out
for when I dewinterize this spring?
I've been reading the manual and it describes a procedure for shocking
the fresh water tank with chlorine. I bought it from a dealer so I
never met the people who owned it. Seems like shocking the tank would
be a good idea. Anybody done this and have any advice?
I'm a little ahead of the game since it won't thaw here for at least
another month, but talking about it and buying accessories is the only
way I can play with the new toy with out actually using it. I really
like winter but this one has been awful long waiting to go camping. :)
TIA
