I had a load of gravel brought in at the new Tennessee farm, a bobcat guy 
brought it and spread it, also put in 30 amp service where it lived.

I have heard yes and no about Bounce keeping the mice out..... where would 
the ants get in?  Will it be under trees?  The access points are the tires 
and the jack... also the chains if you leave them on the ground.... sprinkle 
stuff around all those things. Some powder keeps ants out...baking soda?

Can't help you... I lived in the house for 3 weeks because I missed the road
