Hi Harvey,
I am trying to remove the black water tank sheet metal cover. Are you saying
that orginally the angle iron was used as support and the shroud should not be
bolted to the wood floor? It actually looks as though this had to be done when
building the a/s as the bolts heads are nearly impossible to reach through the
rear compartment. As if were done before the shell was put on.
I am attaching photos and if for some reason you can't view them I will send
them to you off the list.
Pic 1 is the example of what I am dealing with the bolt situation. And pic 2 is
why I have to replace the the shrould and possibly the tank. I am sure the
damage there is the result of a leaky tank.
