I know I osted this reasoning before but I feel I must repeat it be 
fore you go tearing the heater apart, with head-arms and tools under 
the kitchen sink.

Pressure in a propane tank varies with ambient temperature. The 
colder it gets the less pressure the liquid in the LP tank generates. 
Not knowing where you are located and where your trailer was 
orginally setup, your regulator might have been set ina warm/hot 
climate, with the LP tank pressure nice and high. With the cold 
winter the tank pressure can be much lower and cause the gas pressure 
to be to low for the funance system. I had this problem on a old 
Scotty I brought to OR from south TX. I found the problem when my 
funance pilot woun't say on, by carefully warming the tanks with an 
electric heater and a tarp. When I proved it to myself, I had the 
regulaor ajusted to the upper end of the correct pressure range and 
never had the problem again.
