JC and Harvey have answered most of your questions. Just leaves me with the one
to answer.
As you noted from the worthington site the aluminum tanks are taller than your
steels. This difference will cause you tank cover to sit higher on the tanks.
Aesthetics? The center support rod will likely not be tall enough and may have
to be changed to a taller one.
Personally, the steel tanks are just fine.
