[A/S] Lifting a Bambi With A Jack

Mannie,

If you mean where do I place a jack to lift one wheel and tire off the
surface, place the jack under the frame rail just behind the axle. Most
A/Ss were equipped at the factory with a small 3" or 4" square of aluminum
with an X mark indicating the point where a jack should be placed. If it
was not installed on yours or has disappeared, just locate the frame rail
and place the jack carefully under the frame. You can use a mechanic's
floor jack, a bottle jack, or a scissors jack. It is a good idea to place a
short length of 2" by 4" lumber between the trailer frame and the jack. BE
CAREFUL AND CERTAIN THE JACK IS NOT PLACED UNDER THE BELLY SKIN BUT NOT ON
THE FRAME RAIL.
