Barbara,

"Expensive" is a relative term I guess but I think it is reasonable to say
air conditioners are not too expensive.  A rough estimate is a new a/c
installed with labor for $1000 or less.  Check Camping World as a starting

The A/S, because of the curvature of the roof, requires a special drain pan
and a drain line that runs down between the inner and outer skin to drain
the condensation out under the trailer.  This makes the installation a
little more expensive than other brands.

The cost of a new a/c unit is fairly unimportant compared to selecting a
trailer that meets your needs, is in good shape, and is fairly priced.
