He is referring to the new spring bar U-brackets.  They have been on all the
hitches for about a year and a half.  They allow a little more flex in the
hitch box when you hook up.  The quickest way to tell if you have them is to
go the our web site and look at them under "hitch accessories" in the web
store.  http://www.hensleymfg.com/search.asp

You will note the slotted opening in the bracket instead of a simple bolt
hole. Important note, if you are comfortable with hooking and unhooking and
do not need the addition flex, then you do not need this part replacement.
