I think it's up & down.  And it's not much movement, but enough to make a 
difference.  I got them from Hensley.  It's a replacement part so I don't see 
how it would work for SOB.  You could call Hensley and ask.
Took the TT out the other day with the new Bilstien shocks.  What a 
difference.  I'm sooooo glad we put those on.
Also I don't know if anyone else had a problem with the Hensley on a Ford PU 
SD.
We could not hitch up easily until we had Ford lower the rear end.
