There is a gadget on the market called the "tongue twister" (made by
BAL) that you replace the footplate of your jack with.  It comes with a
ratchet wrench, and is used to move the trailer tongue sideways a couple
of inches or so in each direction so you can line up.

Got mine from Hensley after I couldn't find one locally.  About thirty
dollars or so, as I recall.
