I was glad to read your reply.  I feel that the older members of the 
WBCCI are gold.  They have stories and ideas to share with all of us 
that cannot be duplicated.  I especially enjoy visiting with older 
people who have been out in the World.  They have many golden insights 
to share, and I gain each time I talk to them.  

Please don't feel that I feel that the older members must be quiet.  I 
do not feel that way at all.  I just wish they would be more open (as 
you seem to be), to new ideas and new people.  I know that change is a 
frightening thing.  It is especially frightening as one gets older.  
(I am sixty).  This could all be handled in a way that would make the 
older folks enjoy the changes.  It all up to us.
