The Floor, the Floor. Take an Ice pick and go looking for spoungy
plywood. A bit is inevitable, but a lot is quite the project.  Probalby
no generator, so no air conditioning except on shore power. Most who
love to get really away have solar panels. The rear bath ones sometimes
get a droopy rear end. look for bulges or interior things not lined up.
Lights are 12v, may have added 110 v ones too.
 
take a tank of gas and see if you can get him to make everything work.

You will need some money to fix stuff and a lot of elbow grease. Are you
looking for instant gratification or a project ?
