It probably does not have a generator.  The HVAC unit is probably also
propane.  The lights are likely a combination of battery (12V) and good ole'
plug in power.  Solar systems and generators are great for self-contained
use, but they cost a fair dollar.

Sky is the limit on cost... depending on decisions you make and the
condition of all the systems.  Can you hook the thing up to a truck and then
to a power source and try all the systems?  That'd be your best bet  Does
the heater heat?  Does the water flow (from the faucet?) Do the lights
light? And on....
