I have two ideas...

Chris Thompson (not sure if he is a list member) recently bought out an old
Airstream dealer and then sold the entire inventory on eBay to someone else.
Included in the lot were a bunch of new old-stock black water tanks.  I can't
remember who has that inventory now but he continues to sell items one at a time
on eBay.

Also, there are aftermarket holding tank manufacturers who have huge varieties
of stock sizes.  I have one source in front of me that makes 175 different
sizes!  If I knew the dimensions I could see if they have a stock tank in that
size.  This should be much cheaper than having one custom made.  Maybe you
should contact me off list.
