How awful!.  Didn't they even offer an explanation of what was wrong 
on the first re-fix?  Did they ever give you the paperwork/manual?  
The bad furnace may or may not be Airstream's fault (they don't make 
them), but your treatment at your third visit was inexcusable.  Dan 
Mays is usually much more considerate than that - did at least they 
tow it into the shop and out of the freezing weather?  Do you know if 
their is any weather damage?  Give us the full Monty, please.
