Speaking of towing,

I'm here in Knoxville again.  Was driving back to my Escapees campground in 
Raccoon Valley tonight...... On I-75, in the dark I came upon a car with the 
flashers on going 40mph.... pulled up next to it... it was a pickup truck, 
towing a car with approx 6-8 feet of chain attached to the car and the 
ball.....

Nothing else, just the chain.
