I have a bunk, but no picture. It has an aluminum frame and a stretched
canvas bed. The frame folds in the middle of the end spreaders. The
brackets in my Caravel are across the front. Because of roof structure
and bunk structure its limited in weight capacity though my dad used it
when he weighed about 180. He also ripped the canvas which he repaired.
The wall edge of the bunk rests on supports while the other edge hangs
on cables. I presume the bunk supports are fastened to structural
members in the walls. My bunk travels behind the couch.
