I agree.... while we are on the subject of tow vehicles.... and SUVs...
I saved this from somewhere....

 RV Consumers group recommends a wheel base
formula of 100" wheelbase for a 20' trailer, add 4" per foot over 20'.  So tow
vehicle wheelbase for 28' trailer would be 132".

It answers a frequently asked question.
