I think Airstream is pricing themselves right out of the market (before the
manufacture goes under, the dealers will).  The combination of ever
increasing prices for new trailers, plus ever dropping Quality Control is
going to be the end of new airstreams.

Then, on top of all that, as Robert mentions, a lot of the dealers do not
offer quality repair services.  Buying the most expensive trailer on the
market, likely twice the price of any other around, and then getting poor
Yugo level service is simply bad.

I am not at all surprised that dealers are falling away.
