Jim:

     My tank compressor died last year, and I've been using a Sears 
inflator without a tank (the same unit that they use *with* a tank).  
It's NOT one of those little 12V tire inflators that operate from the 
cigarette lighter.  It puts out quite a serious volume at up to 110 
psi.  It is "portable," but bulky; requires 115 VAC.  My trailer is 
stored over 90 miles away, at ToG; so portability is important.
