George,

The truth be known, I've been letting the Airstream sit by the way side while
I've been building a deck for eminent installation of a hot tub that I bought
used from a co-worker. I'll get back to it though.

I still have to install the Water pump and the new power convertor. I finally
have scrounged up all the pieces, just need to build the drawer that I'm going
to put the Cower converter and distribution fuse panel in. It should work pretty
slick, just pull the drawer out to get at the fuse panel.

I bought a plastic box for mounting the old fuse panel from the front of the
Univolt, I just disassembled the univolt and grabbed the whole fuse panel. This
should also help out who ever ends up with this thing should I ever get rid of
it. The wiring diagram will still look the same as in the owners manual.

I couple of logistic items are all that's left to figure out. I'm not sure how
to coil all those wires for the extension of the drawer. I had thought about
mounting a spring diagonally from a back corner of the drawer to the opposite
side of the back of the cabinet. This should remain taught without over
stressing the spring too much. Then I'll just wire tie a flexible conduit to it
with the wires. Anyone have any other ideas.

As long as I'm talking about this electrical stuff, would it be more prudent to
solder the connections for the wire extensions or just to wire nut them. I
personally like to solder and then use shrink wrap on the connections, but I'm
open to suggestions.
