Rob,

I was semi-serious about the track layout. The inside should be straight
forward, a lot of work, but straight forward. The outside stuff, well that's a
bit more fanciful, but I do think that it's doable at least to the point of
getting in and out or the trailer unaided.

At the risk of blowing my own horn, I do have some skills associated with
building things.
