That is true but, you can't get the best results just by putting it 
on the aluminum wire and sticking the wire back under the screw again.

There was a quite through discussion on this about 6 weeks ago, what 
to look for and how to protect yourself from the danger. A person who 
hasn't seen the result of the aluminum wire phenomena may not 
appreciate the danger. I have seen it, more than once.
