 My Avion has a Jabsco pump that appears to be identical to the one that
was in my A/S, but it doesn't have a Schrader valve either. However,
because the pump is located in the center of the water system, it
probably does't need one. I'll probably disconnect it to be sure that
it's empty.

You probably don't need more than about 40 PSI for blowing out the
water. Once you have some/most of the water out, you can hit it with
full line pressure (100 PSI) and you won't hurt it if you have at least
one faucet open, as it won't build up any pressure to amount to
anything.
