I will make a few test toilet trim rings. I will post the results.  
Are there any comments on choice of material?  Aluminum, white or 
other colors of plastic, or stainless steel.  I think aluminum will 
be the easiest to work with and hence the least expensive. 

James, I did not need to replace more than 17" of wood, as the tail 
lights caused the rotting and not the plumbing, so I have no 
experience with getting wood under the whole bath area. It looks like 
it will take alot of time and careful drilling of pop rivets to 
remove the tub. I just took out the kick pannel in front of the 
toilet and pushed a new piece of wood back into the slot along the 
back of the trailer body.  I bent some stainless z-channels for the 
new wood to rest on at the seams.
