[A/S] Water storage tank

I have a friend who just bought a 74 31ft airstream and can not find any
source of information on maintainence etc. I own a 66 31ft Soverign and
have been able to help her a little but there are many things
different.  The water storage tank is located under the sink, under the
floor and there doesn't appear to be any way to drain or flush it. Has 
anyone had experiance with a tank like that.
