There are probably 3 valves with red handles under the sink/stove area.
Opening some combination of those along with the sink or lav. faucet should
start the water draining from the tank.  Unless the drain is clogged!?!?!

For lots of good information on your A/S, get a owners manual and a service
manual.  I bought mine from Secretarial Services for $95.  Probably the best
and most time saving $95 I've spent on this project!  After the membership
to the WBCCI and VAC of course...And paying very close attention to the
experienced folks on this list!
