As a side note, When I bought my new wheels, the tires
were already fitted to the rims.  I've never really
noticed/looked, Do I need to have these balanced? (my
old rims had no counter weights on them)

It may be a simple question, but, for me, the hard
things are easy, and the easy things are hard... does
that make sense?
